Suri has been anxiously awaiting the arrival of her Elf "Doodle" ever since her birthday this year. She couldn't wait until Thanksgiving because that was her "holiday marker" that meant Doodle would be making his grand debut soon. In preparation, she has been watching her Elf on the Shelf movie multiple times per day! She basically has the entire movie and all the dance moves memorized. So cute to watch her grow and learn these days.
Suri was so excited the day Doodle finally came. To see the wonder in her eyes as she looks at him with such belief is nothing that can be measured. Her innocence is so incredibly precious to me and I love how she loves her Elf. She is a believer in the magic of the holidays and to watch her find him, talk to him, apologize to him when she has done wrong absolutely melts my heart. Doodle is such a special part of our holiday tradition and one that I hope continues for years to come.
It's the most wonderful time of the year....
