Suri, today you visited the Dentist for the first time and you did fabulous! You have been prepared for this visit for a week and we talked about it when you went to sleep last night and one of the first things you said when you woke up this morning was "dentist"! You were looking forward to showing Dr. Bruce your teeth and to getting a new toothbrush to take home. You never cease to amaze your Mommy. You were beyond good this morning and I am so very proud of you.
PS- you asked to go potty when we arrived at the Dentist and you went one more time before we left! Yay Suri!

Dr. Bruce has decided to wait to laser your frenulum ( the thick piece of skin that connects your lip to your gums, causing the space between your two front teeth). He said that we would re evaluate when you were 3 years old... I wish Dr. Hurley would have taken care of it when you were under anesthesia getting your ear tubes. Unfortunately he overlooked it and recommended we have it lasered when you turn 2. I hope Dr. Bruce is right and that waiting until you are 3 years old will not cause you to be an orthodontists dream (like your Mommy was) wink wink!
I am very proud of you Suri Rose. You did GREAT today!!
