Life... as we know it: Olivia's 3rd Birthday

Today was Olivia's 3rd birthday and it was at Playgrounds Fun Zone again this year. Suri was super excited to go ever since we received the "Princess" invitation in the mail. She is beginning to love everything about Princesses lately and was thrilled when I took her to the Disney store to pick out a princess shirt to wear to the party. Suri of course picked the Princess Sophia (aka Rapunzel ) shirt to wear as that is her only princess doll she has. She got it for Christmas from my friend Mary and immediately recognized her as Princess Sophia (from the tv show that she watched only briefly). I must say, the 2 princesses do have some resemblance and I was impressed at Suri's recognition! Suri had fun at Olivia's party until it came time to take a group photo. First, "group photo" meant Stop what you are doing and come sit down... mistake number one. Secondly, "group photo" meant the birthday girl got to sit in the special chair and not Suri... mistake number two which equaled major tears! ( and a group photo to prove it!). Oh Suri, if only the world could revolve around you... (hugs!!). Suri was happy when it came to cake and ice cream time however today, she only ate the ice cream... ( that was okay as it meant more cake for Mommy!).
When it came time to leave, Suri was thrilled with her goodie box! A princess sandwich container with a necklace and bracelet and nail polish inside! Score!!! She was all smiles with that special treat!
