84 years and counting...

Today was Suri's Great Grandma Velma's 84th birthday celebration (her true birthday is on September 9th)! We celebrated with our near and dear friends Deb and Betty who came all the way from Denver to be with us this special weekend. We decided to get Grandma the next best thing to an iPad, so Uncle Don found a Tablet that he thought would work perfectly for her : ) She was a bit overwhelmed at first, but I think she will come to like it just fine.
We had planned a pizza lunch at our all time favorite pizza place... Spinatos however, we found out at the last minute that they do not open until 4pm on a Sunday!  (If mom were here, she would have known that!) We decided to go eat lunch at the next best thing... Ajo Als. Suri was happy as she LOVES their cheese crisp! One of these days she will be a true Mexican Food lover but until then, we will stick to the basics : )
