Happy Halloween!

The Holiday we have been preparing for for weeks is finally here! Suri was so excited for Halloween (or maybe just to see her friends Madeleine and Kaitlyn! She has been asking to see her friends daily now for the past week so this morning she was extra excited when I agreed that we would see her friends today!

I must say, I actually had no idea what Suri was going to end up being for Halloween as we have had many costume mishaps over the past couple of days. After all the money I spent trying to find her a costume she would like, I came across a "dress up" Ariel mermaid costume that I had in the closet and as soon as she saw it, that's what she wanted to be. She did however threaten to throw a tantrum informing me that it was itchy after being in the car for over 45 minutes on our way to her friends house for trick or treating (she lives approximately 7 miles away but the traffic was bumper to bumper). I was able to semi distract her though and we actually survived the night as "Ariel".  Suri was thrilled to see Madeleine and Kaitlyn as well as to see her Auntie Ashley (Thanks Ashley for coming with us tonight!). All 3 girls looked so cute in their costumes as we pulled them through the neighborhood in a wagon. They were content being wheeled door to door as they all had a lolli pop in their mouth most of the night. After trick or treating around the block, we went back to Madeleines house for a pizza dinner followed by cupcakes for dessert. Suri was in heaven, playing with her friends AND eating cupcakes... nothing could make for a better night :)

These are photos from thins morning when Suri was on her way to spend the day with Mary Beth! She was excited to see her friends Hannah and Calem and give them their Halloween treats!

Sager was peeking out the window watching Suri pick her nose :)

My favorite photo of Halloween!

Sorting through the candy we were going to leave outside our front door for any trick or treaters who stopped by while we were not at home.

Starting off the night with a Graham cracker... she soon realized candy was much better!
