The past couple of days

The past couple of days I have really noticed a "growth spurt" in Suri. She is becomming more and more successful at putting herself to sleep, she is more and more interactive, smiley and vocal. She is also growing in size! Aunt Lindsay has been out of town for 2 weeks and I am excited for her to see Suri as I am sure she will think she has grown!

Tuesday December 14th, Debi (our friend and neighbor) came over to see Suri. Suri was having some play time on her playmat and was all smiles for Debi. I love Suri's outfit, anything giraffe print wins with me!  It was an outfit from Mary (my manager).

Unfortunately, she is liking this pacifer a bit too much...

Wednesday, December 15th
It was a cloudy rainy day. It was finally beginning to feel a bit like winter. Miss Suri decided she would sleep the ENTIRE day. Sleeping Beauty woke up at 5 am to eat and did so while never opening her eyes. She then proceeded to sleep until noon. Even then, she only woke up because I woke her up!  She was happy and content throughout the whole day. She played in her bouncy seat, on her play mat and cuddled with me the whole day. Suri and I left at 5:30 pm to go have dinner with my friend Alicia and her son Carter at the Mellow Mushroom... pizza... yum!  Suri of course fell asleep as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. Carter on the other hand was everything BUT tired!  He was your typical 2 year old at dinner!  ALL BOY!! He was protesting the camera :  ) Once we were home, Suri slept until 9:30pm, woke up to haver her diaper changed and of course to eat and she went back to Dream Land... today was a beautiful day.
