Suri had her first visit with Santa this evening as he came all the way down from the North Pole to visit with a few special kiddos at the Girly Girlz Boutique in Scottsdale. Suri and her cousin Jack were able to read "The Night Before Christmas" with Santa while sitting on his lap. Suri was mesmerized as she grinned up at Santa as he held her. Jackson was as busy as ever and Santa gave him a lollipop as a treat for being sweet! You would never know by the pictures that Jackson was a bit hesitant to get close to Santa when he first saw him. I guess Santa had a magic touch.... (wink).

Tomorrow we are celebrating Aunt Lindsay's birthday. She will be out of town on December 8th in Texas at a 2 week training for her new position at her work (we are so proud of her for her promotion!) We will all go out to Dad's house and eat some of his yummy enchiladas. Should be a fun night, the house is almost 100% complete with the holiday decorations we started last weekend. It is always neat to see the first "official" lighting of the outside of the house. All the lights dance to the Christmas music. Mom will be smiling down from Heaven tomorrow night as she always looked forward to the decorations at Christmas and the final product of the house fully decorated. This year she will be celebrating her first Christmas in heaven and will be dearly missed here at home. We continue to miss her smiles and laughter that always warmed our hearts and lifted our spirits, especially during the Christmas season.
